Old router randomly drops all connected devices and stops accepting connections
I have an old sky router - it's black, I reckon it's from ~10 years ago. At random times all devices connected to it lose their connection, and if I try to reconnect it fails saying that it needs a WPA password.
When it's doing this all lights are still green on the router, and if I run the sky diagnostic it says my broadband connection is fine (it also says my wifi is fine, which is not...)
I'm pretty sure the issue is that the router is old and malfunctioning, but I can't get past the silly AI chatbot to ask anyone to replace it. Any idea?

Forgot to say, a restart makes it work again, but after a certain period of time (a few hours to a few days) it happens again

Sky are currently in the process of replacing old routers as they will no longer receive updates so if they have not contacted you inviting you to order a replacement see if you can do this via this link:

Thank you, unfortunately it seems I can't upgrade via that link, when I choose "upgrade hub" it says "Oops, that didn't work"
