Old provider still charging after switch
I switched to sky 2 months ago from talk talk. I read through carefully before switching and made sure this switch was going to be handled by Sky. However for the past two months I am being charged twice, from sky and talk talk.
Help!

Did TalkTalk send you confirmation of your cancellation?
If you dial 17070 from your landline phone does the automated message confirm which isp it's connected to?
Have you rung TalkTalk or Sky to query this?
