I have been with sky for over 10 years now and I'm still using the original old modem, I've found its running slow and I struggle with my sky glass and getting an Internet connection upstairs. Can I get a newer model modem or will I have to change my broadband to a different supplier to get a newer modem ?

Are you still under your minimum contract with broadband with Sky?
