Checked my phone is WiFi connected but Wordscapes game App flags "Offline". Happens to my wife too. I am on Sky mobile, she is on Vodafone. Any suggestions? The online Sky help can't get close to finding the subject, so no use.

It isn't clear from your post if this is happening when you are connected to a Wifi connection or via yourSky mobile data one, either way have you tried disabling this connection, rebooting your phone and enabling the connection again before trying again to use this app ?

We have been able to use the App away from home. The problem seems confined to our home setup - maybe a router /broadband issue?
Awaiting further help and maybe a home visit from a Sky technician.
