ONT box not showing 4 lights

I am trying to arrange a sky engineer visit. Unfortunately I ran out of credit whole waking know the customer care team. My issue is that the ONT box is not showing 4 solid green lights. The LOS light isnoff and lan light is flickering. I have tried resetting and rebooting the box but this was not successful. Any thoughts or help is welcome.

@Micheal81 That is correct, the LOS light should be off, and the Lan light should flicker with data flow to and from the ONT to the sky Hub, if you are not sure take a look at the ONT's shown from sky!
