ONT at new home faulty / not working

Just moved to a new property and the ONT left behind is not working. doesnt turn on no matter what (and yes, is connected to power and properly set up). No lights come on.

My activation date was today and sky confirmed its connected via email but its not. my ONT is off and if i do the sky troubleshoot it obviously says is disconnected. I've tried excalating this problem since i moved in for a replacement but theres no process for these things before days after the attempt of connection. doesnt make sense. 

Any way im missing to get a ONT replacement???

@Bsageiv you need to report this to Sky so they can getvOpenreach out to fit a new ONT. To help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
