O internet working an wS sulpose to go luve on the 20th

This as suppose to go live on the 20th an yesterday WiFi is on but the Internet is not coming on red light for tht an 2red lights as voice to if I don't get help just now I will be cancelling an going elsewhere

@Niki0302  You're not talking to Sky customer services by posting here, threats to go elsewhere will have zero effect on your current issue.  Nothing can or will happen in repsonse to a post on a public community.

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
