Now powered by sky no account

I have Nowtv broadband, I received email that it was going to be provided by Sky and it disappeared from NowTv account. I don't know how to access my broadband on Sky. Please help me

@sparkle96 Did the e-mail give you no advice on what to do with the change over off Now to Sky?
