Now Broadband to FTTC Sky account
I've just moved from Now fibre (fibre and wire) to full fibre (FTTC Powered by Sky). When I log onto Now I see that all my old products have been cancelled and no mention of my new service.
Now direct me to Sky but when I go there and create my Sky ID my service is not listed there either. Where do I go now as I am looking to administer preferences withthe provider?
Mike

Re: Now Broadband to FTTC Sky account
@mikewazowski I asssume what you are switching to is FTTP full fibre from a FTTC which fibre to the cabinet then using a phone line
The switch over from Now to Sky is quite new so I am hoping that the Sky team who support the forum can help find your account details so I am escalating your post to them. They should message you and place a char link on the pages in this forum so you can start an online chat.

Am I misreading your post there? I've switched between NowTV BB to Sky BB a few times over the years albeit it was always ADSL.

Re: Now Broadband to FTTC Sky account
@Anonymous what I was referring to is Sky taking over Now customers who want to switch to full fibre as Now didn't sell FTTP at all. The two sales operations are normally entirely separate but with this switch it is Sky's customer services who take over. It is marketed as Now powered by Sky.

Ahh, of course. I should have picked up on that myself 😞

Re: Now Broadband to FTTC Sky account
Thank you. I phoned Now and because I had an old link to my Sky ID I could see my new product.

A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.
