Not receiving whole house Sky tv
My contract is for whole home Sky tv. I have a tv in two rooms but only one Sky box. Therefore no Sky in second tv.

'Whole Home' is the marketing name for the subscription supplement which enables additional device use on the Sky Glass and Sky Stream platforms: it's not a literal promise. You need to order (and pay the fee for) the appropriate number of additional Stream pucks or Glass television sets.
