@Angela472 Are you testing over WiFi or an ethernet cable? If possible plug a laptop in with an ethernet cable and retest. Often speed issues are down to to WiFi signal issues.

I tested using WiFi, the same as we did at installation. I will try with the ethernet cable. Just odd how WiFi gave 498 and now 220. Thank you

It's inherent to the nature of WiFi to be fundamentally inconsistent: for example any neighbours wireless will have spotted your new signal and is now trying to be 'louder' as a result.
