Sky went active on the 5th still not received my equipment was assured it would be here Friday spoke to live chat Wednesday who have said there is nothing they can do system won't let them send me the equipment that I need to use there services so I'm at a complete loss on what an earth to do can't get through on phone and now live chat will not let me speak to a human
