Not received equipment for tv and broadband

Sky went active on the 5th still not received my equipment was assured it would be here Friday  spoke to live chat Wednesday who have said there is nothing they can do system won't let them send me the equipment that I need to use there services so I'm at a complete loss on what an earth to do can't get through on phone and now live chat will not let me speak to a human

@Andrew1101 you need to speak to Sky soI am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
