Not letting me renew my broadband it just says error

Need to renew my broadband but it won't let me I click on it all and then it says error

@Gemlove where tjis happens you will need to call in typically it is because the renewal will involve a change like a switch from am analogue voice line to digital which you have to confirm will work for you. However it could be something else.
