Not happy

I'm not happy with my sky broadband it's slow as and struggle to get signal up stairs in my house and the walls are paper thin! I'm paying £105 for in my honest opinion something I don't even get good signal with shocking! Going to end up cancelling and going else where price is shocking for what I get! Either fix this or I'm going to another supplier.

@Steven35

Have you reported this to Sky? Have they arranged an engineer?

Hi @Steven35 - the position of your router can make a big difference to the WiFi strength as well. For example if you have it downstairs in a property where possible try to put it high up on a shelf, if it's sitting on a floor or positioned in a cupboard it will affect the strength of the WiFi signal. This is typical for most standard routers.

@Steven35 if you are paying Sky £105 per month just for Broadband you are being ripped off but far more likely that includes a TV package. As @MarkGoldsmith there are things you can do to improve coverage in your home..

If you would like help from forum members who are customers then post your hub's stats and some indication of the issue like speed tests etc. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
