Not getting the speed I am paying for
I am paying for the super fast speeds broadband but not getting any thing close to what I am ment to get

'Superfast' over FTTC can be not very fast at all: that's a product of fundamental physics.

If they are letting you leave because they cannot deliver the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed, any other Openreach ISP would face the same issue. Only a provider laying its own cable can bypass whatever is causing the problem.
