As a first step runnthe Connection Check in the My Sky app which will give you the speed your hub is connected at. Click on thst and thecapp will show the history over the last 2 weeks and tge guaranteed speed for your line. If thecspeed is lower than the guarantee then thecapp should offer further help.
Not sure of the relevance of BT in this instance but internet soeed tests showcthecspeed to the device which isnt guaranteed as thst depends on several factors outside Sky's control mainly the WiFi speed in your home.
