Not getting the WiFi speeds we are paying for

We have slow and low WiFi speeds and the WiFi keeps disconnecting. We have proof of the low WiFi speeds only being 3.5 MBPS

Hi @Morganstevens 

Its worth noting that you pay for the speed down the line to your home and into the router, not the actual WiFi speed you see on client devices.

Have you run the line test on the My Sky app?
