Not allowing me to purchase a broadband package

 been trying for almost a week now, moved into a new home, have tried and tried and tried to do this. If I'm not helped to purchase a package soon I will just go with another provider. 

im trying to purchase the 500 package and the max device for £3 monthly £35 a month altogether through uswitch offer.

Strange if you are the first person to occupy the house . Usually means that someone else has an active subscription

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

That shows the property already has the infrastructure required for FTTP (optical cable and Openreach ONT in place)

 

One possibility is that Sky doesn't have a matching address record on their own sales database yet.
