None of my devices can connect to WiFi

I've tried resetting the hub but our phones still say WiFi connected without Internet. All the Sky tests have said there isn't a detected issue.

Same issue for me. Broadband suddenly went off at 9.40pm last night, followed all the steps turning it off, resetting, to no avail.

Still off now even though Sky say there is no issue with the router.

Frustrated that I am not able to get anyone on the phone to discuss!!

I know. It's very frustrating that rather than having any services available Sky redirects us to a message board so people can do their jobs for them.
