No wifi reaching bedroom with sky and keeps dropping out upstairs

We switched to sky and there is no or really bad connection in both my upstairs rooms. It's so annoying as everything says it's fine ie router has a white light and tests say everything is fine . It's annoying as we thought the sky speed etc was meant to be great. Sometimes sky doesn't even show up on the networks to connect to when it drops out and we have to keep trying . ? Anyone else have this problem?

@Yaz6060 See if this helps you from sky help! Not sure if this is going to help you from the other post few day's ago, but one sky Hub is probably never going to cover the whole home, a wifi6 sky hub is NOT the same as an older slower BT Hub!

Hi

Thanks for the reply. That's annoying as we were never told that when we took this package . It looks like if we upgraded to the next level at £72 it's much more expensive than BT was .
