No wifi in office/cinema room and cannot use the TV or phone/laptop

@Shanellawela sounds like you need some form of extender assuming wifi is working elswhere. Sky only providecextenders as part of an add-on package like WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

Alternatively you can buy your own kit and use that instead if you prefer.
