No wifi on 09Jan 00:20

Wifi is not available after 12am at Birningham and the only thing I can see is they said they are fixing but no timeline. Never face this issue before, does anyone know how long will it usually be fixed? (Still need to work tomorrow!)

Yes bro, i am also facing this issue after 12:00am, as i though it was some cable issue then i restarted the hub and plug and unplug cable but still facing amber light in internet and voice section.

Have to contact to sky for this issue? Because on sky app its showing connection looks good while not wifi connecting and showing amber light on hub.

Same here and at a neighbours. Tried everything, but hopefully Sky sort it in morning. Terrible solutions offered as the system test does not update to real time test results.

Hi guys loss of service between midnight and 5am is frequently down to essential maintenance work.
