My bedroom is in a straight line from the router approx 43 feet from it with one glass door and one wooden door between. Wi fi is practically non existent in there. I had NO trouble at all when I was with BT/EE.

When I switched to SKY it said they guaranteed Wi-Fi in every room. I don't think I should have to pay an extra £4 a month if they can't provide me with the service I signed up for but thanks for your reply anyway
