No wifi for 3 days

We don't have any WiFi for the last three days. We have tried all the advice given in line and still not working

I am happy to interact with anyone but the responses take such a long time that I simply cannot sit and wait for your team to interact with me! This situation is infuriating. Please can someone call me on my mobile. Thank you
