No wifi connections on Fridays

This is the third Friday evening that I have had poor to no wifi connection! There are 3 green lights on the box and the middle one keeps flashing orange. I've turned the box off several times. It's funny how it only happens on Fridays. I've checked online on sky website using my mobile network to see if there is a technical problem with connections to my box and I get told everything is fine. Has anyone else had this problem??!

@SB799 There might well be, what is your connection type, full fibre or a copper OR Master phone socket? Then also what sky hub do you have when you say 3 lights, is it the 4 light version, if not sure then take a look at the link, say what one you have.
