Hi SKY, please help to escalate as I cannot use the wifi for three days, no internet light, voice light is orange, and red light LOS showing on openreach ONT. Tried to reset the route and ONT still not working.
Please help to check ASAP. Thanks.

Find out more@CHAK you need to talk to Sky so they can get Openreach to check the fibre connection so I have escalated your post to. the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
