No wifi connection to my TV's in the house.
I have just started with sky full fibre 150 and have just been conneted, but my WIFI is not working on my TV's in the living room or in the bedrooms of which are next to the living room as we are in a flat, and the sky hub is in the living room. It is not connecting to the TV's at all, and if this is going to be an ongoing problem then this should be stated in the product details, and not let people think is works in every room. I would like help to sort this out as the TV's were working fine on my old broadband system from BT. Not a good start to a new customer.

@Jeannette56 whether you get WiFi coversge in every room is not something Sky control its down to the layout of your home and what it is built out of. However if you have the white Sky hub there is an issue thsy stops some TVs connecting especially if they are from Samsung. It is easily fixed by going into the Hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app and changing the WiFi security level from WPA3-T to WPA2.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: No wifi connection to my TV's in the house.
It was down to the wrong info in your pamphlet showing a diagram of were to put the wires and numbers. Because wire 4 into socket 4 on the input box but it doesn't state that you have to put the other end to the hub in section 1 box not in the 4th box. Which we worked out before we got your reply. But thank you for answering. So please check that you have all your wires connected to the right holes in both you input box and your hub box.
