Got new fibre broadband that I didn't really need. Everything was connecting fine before we changed. The tv works fine but nothing else connects to the wifi now and the home phone doesn't seem to be working either.

Thanks, however the phone is still not working at this stage even plugged into the hub plus no devices are connecting either. The system has been in since the end of October so it should be working I would have thought.

@Erin1013 Your home phone now plugs into the back off the hub if you have not already done so, it also takes anywhere from 24-48Hrs for the copper/fibre transfer and full operation for both the Outgoing and Incoming calls plus all the networks to go and work!
The change from copper to fibre, keeping the same sky hub then everything else really should be no issue whatsoever!

@Erin1013 Take a look at the link's say what you see is your sky Hub by name, what the lights are like and also on your new ONT what lights are against the name off those, do you also know if the system is on Openreach connected or via CityFibre for your connection?

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR ONT also require to be looked at!

You confuse matters when you say the TV is working, i assume that you have broadband connection to it, if not then is it working as a satellite sky Q device?
