No wifi connection doenstairs

I have my router upstairs and my WiFi is not connecting downstairs. I only got new Sky a short while ago but have barely been home to watch tv downstairs. Now whenever I try, I cant connect. The router is exactly where is was previously and I had a great signal downstairs. Please help.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
