No wifi and Sky Q mini boxes not working - caught in an online loop!
Hi all
I'm feeling really frustrated. We're struggling to get WiFi signal in the front of our house. We have two boosters - one has never seemed to work (the light for WiFi and Power is green but no light for connected - not even red)
Our two Sky Q mini boxes no longer connect as they cannot connect to the main box.
I've tried everything online I can follow - and used the virtual chat bots - but it keeps telling me to either follow a Sky Mini Box issue or a Broadband issue
I'm not tech literate - I just want WiFi and to watch Sky Q in my various rooms!
Can anyone tell me (in plain English) what the next step is please?

Try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

@Dommers50000 As long as you have the sky Broadband hub with the Sky Broadband booster's then the combination of both are fine. Linked below about setting up your booster's but you do need to have both the units sitting next to each other to do it, once you have all three green lights on the booster, leave it a couple off minutes like that before you switch it off and move it.
Once back on it will take about 4 minutes to boot up again and 3 green as before is good.
