No wi-fi after all routine checks
My wi-fi is not working, my satalite is not working when nothing has changed to my boxes ie: moving them! Went to bed all working, next day nothing working!
I have spent a day and a half trying to get it all up and running again , unplugging, replugging, re-setting. After a whole night of not having any devices plugged in I hopefully thought when I plugged everything in this morning it would work...but no...now my 2 TV's are not connecting or working, yet I have wi-fi on my laptop!
The router has only 3 green lights.
Today it says on my TV's 'no Satalite or Network!'
I have checked on my SKY account for a check and all comes up working....
Help please....major headache!
Thank you

Re: No wi-fi after all routine checks
I feel your pain! Proper Gremlins in my system or lack of systems!
Had a brief private chat with Tom on Community Forum this morning and got as far as giving account number and some details and my screen went black and antivirus kicked in. Suspicious of everything now!
Trying to speak to someone on the phone seems impossible. I managed last night to ring and enter some details when AI asked then AI said "thank you for your call and the call ended goodbye!" Great! Good look with your Sky journey of eternal repetition!

Still no Network/Satalite....days on!
I'm into my 5th day of utter absolution after the crash of wi-fi, Network/Satalite issues! Having run every test available a 100 times (seems like that) everything seems a total miss mash with even one TV frozen/crashed in time!
Unable to get wi-fi on my phone
Unable to connect for wi-fi smart lights
Unable to connect to Network/Satalite
Unable to watch certain channels that I pay extra for!
Unable to view bedroom TV as crashed!
Unable to speak to sky as call to them was hung up on me.
My TV remote keeps shrieking like a alarm...didn't know it could do that. Freaked me out!
Posted on here when it all started to be amazed of how much the Outage was affecting so many.
This morning I recieved a message from Ian, on the community team saying that everything was now working. Thank you Ian for looking at this for me....but it isn't working! It's exactly the same as 5 days ago! I agree with you that now it's probably another problem. This Outage has done more damage to the system problems!
The tests say working but my TV disagrees with this and says I have a problem with my Router and Qbox! It suggests I get a Qbooster!!!
I have an engineer booked for tomorrow hopefully....
Is anyone else still or having similar problems?
