No welcome letter/email

Today is my Sky Broadband connection date. The only communication I have had are emails confirming my order and router delivery and texts confirming activation date and that broadband is now activated. 

 

I have not received a welcome letter or email and therefore do not know my Sky account number and I also cannot link Sky ID with account using other methods.

 

Any help would be appreciated as I'm currently not very impressed with it all.

All you can do is to contact Sky about this perhaps via one of the social media links at the bottom of this page for help with this.
