Upgraded today to Superfast broadband. All 4 lights on and working when engineer left. Said in the next hour the router may update itself for 3/4 mins.
Guessing this has happened and no light at all on Voice, no phone line - it's dead.
No Internet. Spoken to Sky says there end its all ok. Clearly not. We have no service and working from home....
Help please. Everything reset, unplugged etc

New hub received and got everything crossed it remains working and stable.
WiFi and phone line now working

I've got the same problem today, they said they will get it looked into, I'll be ringing back tomorrow, I hope you get yours sorted out.

Sky ordered a new router to be delivered, referred to Networking but can take up to 72hrs for them to contact me.
I highly doubt its the router??

I'm using my old router, they just used a new wire, and it was working before they put it in the new box

Ive evetually got internet, not as i was promised, still slow, still no phone line
