No tv

We have upgraded to full fibre last Thursday and have no internet or sky tv since then after 3 phones calls an engineer had arrived today and had to put another new open reach main box in as they said that was the issue. The internet is now working but we are still unable to watch tv we have followed all the trouble shootings advice but we still keep getting the same message issue with the activation server.  This needs sorting we are paying for a service that you are not providing we have had to purchase more internet usage on my phone which has cost me £12.50

@Amanda751 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. I would reboot the hub and the Stream puck or Glass TV as appropriate which should clear routing faults.
