No tv channels loading, but settings say I’m connected to internet!

Sky glass is turning on, but no channels are loading, says there is a technical issue with every channel, no Netflix, prime, paramount etc

I've got sky stream and I'm the same. Literally sitting in silence, no channels working, it's ridiculous how often this happens. Says WiFi is fine, stream puck is fine but here we again in blackout like it's the bloody 90's. I've just sent an email of complaint today because this happens all too often and I'm not happy

I am having the same sometimes programs just stop screen goes black 

also having trouble with one of my Ring cameras 

never had this with BT!
