No signal upstairs

Only had the service installed yesterday and as long as your in the same room it's fine but you lose all connection as soon as you go upstairs. When I was looking for broadband I went for sky as it stated every room guaranty however this clearly isn't the case.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

@JackS36

Your not speaking to Sky, this is a customer to customer based forum. If you currently pay for the Sky Boost or Sky WiFi Max addon in your Sky bill then you'll be able to claim a free WiFi booster by calling Sky. If you dont pay for the addons, then you wont be able to.
