@Anthp quite a common issue as doorbell czmeras are the wrong side  of a external double skin wall. You will often need a WiFi booster of some sort ideally near a window overlooking the area.

 

As doorbell cameras are outside tge home tgey are not covered bybSky's various WiFi guarantees.
