@Steve346 if you have a white Sky booster they are not compatable with the new white Sky Max hub. If you still have a black hub then the booster should be no more tgsn halfway between the hub. And where you need the boost. If still wont connect tgen move it into the same room as the hub if it wont connect there its dead and nedds replacing.
