No service on several channels on TV an ongoing problem
I need all Chanel's on the TV to be operating there is either a no service signal or pictures are pixelating problem is not on every channel but 2 out of 5 channels daily

@JaneRoss A No Service message would suggest this is not a broadband related issue
Which TV box do you have Sky Q or Sky Stream.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
