No service in garden
I'm sitting in my garden and WiFi has dropped! Co10 area! It's ridiculous the amount of data I'm using and I'm at home! This has been going on for months! No compensation in price! Not happy!

Re: No service in garden
@joanhe no isp guarantees coverage outside your home as there are multiple factors outside their control. First thing you establish is the issue with the connection to the hub from the exchange see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
which will tell you what to do. That is something Sky are responsible for.
If the hub is connected the WiFi signal in your garden has to pass through external walls so loses power and there will be similar signals from your neighbours' networks unless you are 100m from the next house. The way wifi works mean interference is highly likely which becomes sorse at night as the signals carry further.

Re: No service in garden
As @Chrisee indicates, the the wording of the various Sky WiFi 'guarantees' specifically refers only to indoor spaces.
Also note that what's actually guaranteed is a refund, not wireless coverage.
We’ll give you money back for one month’s broadband subscription if you can't get WiFi in every room*.
'Every room’ includes:
- All main rooms in your home like living rooms, bedrooms. Up to 5 bedrooms or 12 rooms total.
- A garage that is accessed without having to go outside.
- A converted loft room – it needs to have a fixed staircase, fully boarded and furnished.
- Conservatory.
What it doesn’t include:
- Any exterior buildings like garages, sheds, annexes, etc.
- An unconverted loft – one that is not furnished.
