No satalite signal, no wifi

I have reported no satalite signal but now l have no WiFi. I think it's disgusting that l habe to wait until Tuesday for an engineer to come out, unless l pay £15. As a platinum customer, l would have thought the service would be better than this.

@Singapore96

Getting an appointment for Tuesday is very good if you've only just reported the broadband issue.

The satellite signal issue will likely be unconnected.

Sky normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.

As Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic set up there is no extra or quicker support for those working from home.
