As many others have been suffering I am
not able to access my routers settings via the My Sky App. I'd like to set up port forwarding and set up a DMZ server, these actions can only be completed within the app.
I have tried the other suggestions I have read up on. Factory reset the router and re-downloaded the app .. no luck .. has anyone actually fixed this?

Update and fix. I did have to call Sky. The first person I spoke with attempted a fix with me still on the line, however this didn't work. He then raised it as an issue work their back end tech team, he said this might take up to 72 hours depending on the scale of the issue. Roughly 2 hours later I received a text message from Sky telling me to hard restart the router (hold the WPS button down for 30 seconds) I did that and the settings appeared, I can now access the router and port forward etc from the app. So if a reset doesn't work for you first time you will need to call Sky to fix it their end for you and then reset it once more. I was quite impressed with the speed of their work however it's a shame this appears to be a common bug writhin the app from when you first set up the router.

Re: No router settings in My Sky app
@sp1987 assuming you have the white Sky hub then if signing out and closing the app and tgen reloading it and sigbing in doesnt make the settings apoear call Sky as they need to add them from their end.
If you have a black Sky hub the app isnt used you need to usecthe hub's web sitexat 192.168.0.1
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
