No product access and no WiFi

I have had sky broadband for a year and since I joined up I have never been able to access "my products" on the app or through web page. I have never had a sky account before so it won't be linked to anything previously. Tonight I have an issue that my broadband is down and cannot report it because my account states I do not have any active products. I only use broadband so no phone line connected.

@Kimlee751 you definitely need Sky's help to sort the loss of service and the Sky id issue. There is a  Sky team who support the forum who can definitely help with the line issue and while they can advise on the id issue with the app that may need a separate phone call to get that sorted. I have escalated your post into their queue so look out for a message from them and look for a brightly coloured chat icon thst will get added to the pages in the forum.

Thank you. My internet is back working but I need to get my account access sorted.
