No power to the router.

Hi

I was only able to find some old posts on similar issues ( dated 2022 ).

I had my router on the desk, and kids managed to drop it on the floor.

Seems there is no power to it now.

No lights on it at all.

Is it possible to get a router replaced?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Re: No power to the router.

Managed to get through to Sky support and get an engineer booked in.

That seems to be the only thing to do in case of similar problem.

Re: No power to the router.

Hi

I haven't got a Sky landline and tried following the sky helpline link for half a day already and that seems to be a dead end.

Even a virtual assistant on sky site seems to only direct to that help meny and not a person.

That isn't getting me anywhere.
