No power to the ont

Hi I've had sky fibre fitted last week and my dogs cheeed through the power cable to the ont, I've bought a replacement but looks like there's no power getting to the  ont as there's no lights on it

Did you buy a 12v power adapter? From what ive seen replacements have worked for other people so could  be the replacement you bought

@Jamie12355 the ONT is Openreach's property so call Sky to get them to get a proper power supply from Openreach I have not heard there is a charge. While  you might be lucky and find one that works it is unwise move.
