No phone line

I have recently changed from Talk unlimited to talk (pay as you go) I've found over the weekend that my phone line isn't working and presume it happened when the service changed. Can you look into this for me please

@MarkC57  Do you have another means to report this fault to Sky? Take that you are not on internet calls now?
