No phone line or wi fi

My broadband test says there is a problem in my area but then my area is not listed but my phone line don't work neither does my wi fi I pay enough for these services

@Allybop74  If you are running the broadband test and it is showing an area wide outage then Openreach should be working on this to resolve this as it will not just be Sky users having this issue.
