No openreach engineer

switched to sky in august and open reach have missed 3 appointments to set up my wifi, still have no internet. Sky just keep telling me I have to wait and there's nothing they can do.

Thanks

The Communication Workers Union which includes some Openreach staff have been staging industrial action for weeks (they are on strike today). This has delayed many installations and repairs. If you cancel and change providers to another that uses the Openreach infrastructure the problem will move as well unfortunately.

Only thing I'd say is that sometimes BT have a bit more sway when it comes to Openreach even though they should as they are now individual companies. So if you do continue to have trouble with Sky and want to switch I'd strongly suggest BT to try and get it resolved.
