Discussion topic: No ont power cord

I have signed up for sky's network, which is operated remotely. I need to connect the ont and hub by myself, but the ont at home has no power cord and I cannot start it. What should I do next? Do I need to contact an engineer?

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
