No moden companhia send for me

I recently signed an internet contract with you and you were supposed to pay special attention to my request, because as I said, initially I have a husband with prostate cancer who needs the internet to communicate with the doctors and nurses and you gave me a deadline of one week. It seems that there is no internet screen in my house, the modem has not arrived so I wanted to know if you could pay special attention to this. The situation is awaiting a response.

I suspect you should not have been advised that any expedited arrangements are possible: broadband provisioning is carried out by the national network maintainer to their own timetable, not any individual ISP.

@RA100911v  I'm afraid you'e not talking to Sky customer services, any new broadband order has a minimum 10 working days from placing the order to going live, a week is rather optimistic.

 

The SLAs are laid down by Openreach the network operator.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm looking for help with this because I signed the contract on the 2nd and the modem hasn't arrived yet and I need help with this.

You will need to call Sky to see what's happening but as stated the minimum time for installation should be 14 days (10 working days).
